This made me laugh out loud! I'm a HUGE advocate of Tiger Balm. That (and drinking a glass of water) can cure any ailment. ;) I really like how you used the orange and red ribbons through the pages to remind the reader of the constant assault of the balm's smell. My questions is --did it help your ankle feel better?? I suggest you finish the story! (Does that count as a suggestion? Haha.)
Alex --I loved the use of color and illustrations in your picture book, the orange and red to illustrate the smell of the tiger balm. What makes tiger balm smell so bad? For those that do not know what tiger balm is/does, I would suggest a small explanation in your story.
